Coaches, your evaluations are critical for helping us place players accurately and build balanced, competitive teams for next season.

The entire process takes just 15–20 minutes. It saves automatically as you go, and you can make changes anytime until the end of the season (June 15th).

Step 1: Download & Log In

  • Get the App: Download the TeamGenius app on your phone (recommended) via the iOS App Store or Google Play, or use your web browser.  HERE

  • Sign In: Enter your name and email address.

    Note: If you need to stop and finish later, make sure you use this exact same email to log back in!

  • Enter Team Code: See the bottom of this page.

  • Accept Terms: If it's your first time using the app, accept the terms and click Sign In.

Step 2: Rate Your Players

  1. Select Spring Coaches Evaluation.

  2. Click Select All to highlight all of your players.

  3. Click Start Scoring.

  4. Check Spring Coach Eval.

  5. Click the right arrow to the right of Scoring Forms.

  6. Use the Sliders: Rate each player from 1 (Lowest) to 5 (Best) across the standard categories.

Pro-Tip: You can sort by criteria in the upper right or by player. Click the ℹ️ icon next to any category to see a quick description of what that specific skill means. If you need to clear a slider rating, simply swipe right-to-left. There is NO NEED for commentary on every single criteria!

Step 3: Stack Rank & Add Comments

  1. Click the Back Arrow in the upper left.

  2. Click Start Scoring

  3. Select Spring Stack Rank only then click the arrow next to scoring forms

  4. Click the arrows in the top right, then click Sort by Criterion.

  5. Rank Your Team: Rate each player from 1 (Best) down to the total number of players you have on your roster.

  6. Click the Comment Icon to add overall commentary for the player.

Examples of Helpful Commentary:

  • "Great fit for this level. Playing in the right division."

  • "Strong skills—should be moved up a division next season."

  • "Struggling with pace—should be moved down a division next season."

  • "Plays great defense, but needs to work on dribbling."

  • "ATTENDANCE ISSUES" (This is crucial for our future roster planning!)

  • "Developmental player, but has great attitude—keep on my team if possible."
