Winter Indoor Soccer Program
Location and Program Overview
CYSA provides an opportunity for boys and girls teams (U8 to U14) to continue playing soccer throughout the winter at Teamworks Winchester.
- Location: Teamworks Winchester, 120 Cross St, Winchester, MA 01890
- Facility: Turf field without boards, allowing players to enjoy the game indoors just as they would outdoors.
- Format: Leagues are available for different formats and field sizes. No practices are scheduled; each team plays one game per week.
Registration Fees
- Session 1 Fee: $175 (Includes League Fees, Teamworks Membership, Winter Indoor Shirt). Ask-no-questions scholarships are available.
- Session 2 Fee: $145 if you played in Session 1, or $175 if you did not play in Session 1.
- Scholarships available : CYSA provides a “no questions asked” scholarship program to both existing and new members to help eliminate the financial barriers to participation in town / travel soccer.

Session Dates:
- Session 1: November 15, 2025 – January 11, 2026
- Session 2: January 17, 2026 – March 28, 2026
Game Days and Formats (Typical Time Slot in Past Seasons):
- Fridays (9v9 games): Junior Varsity | Varsity (High School) – Night
- Saturdays (7v7 games): U8 (2017-18 birth years) – Early Morning
- Saturdays (7v7 games): U10 (2015-16 birth years) – Midday
- Sundays (7v7 games): U12 (2013-14 birth years) – Afternoon
- Sundays (7v7 games): U14 (2011-12 birth years) – Late Afternoon/Evening
Team Assignments & Commitment
Important Registration Note:
EVERYONE THAT REGISTERS WILL BE WAITLISTED until we secure enough players and a coach to form a team. Register early to help secure your spot! While we strive to place all players, placement is not guaranteed if registrants exceed team availability.
- Roster Size: 7v7 teams will have a roster size of 13-14 players.
- Division Placement: Teams (U10 and up) will be assigned to either an A, B, or C division based on skill level. (U8 teams do not have divisions).
- Grouping: Players are grouped by age (Indoor league placement is age-based, not grade-based like Fall Travel). Players may be moved between age groups as needed to maximize participation.
- Commitment: Players are strongly urged to make 75% of games to ensure a successful team experience.
