CYSA Travel & Indoor Refund Policy
This policy applies to all Travel and Indoor program registrations. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar.
Fees and Penalties
These non-refundable fees are assessed regardless of withdrawal timing:

Double Registration Fee: A $25 fee is charged for processing duplicate registrations. Please [Check Here] first to confirm you have not previously registered.

Late Registration Fee: A $25 late fee is applied to registrations submitted after the deadlines below:
- Spring Travel: February 1st
- Fall Travel: July 1st
- Indoor Session 1: November 1st
- Indoor Session 2: January 1st
Refund Schedule for Travel & Indoor:
- Before Rosters Released: Full Registration Fee Refund (Applies to both Travel and Indoor).
- After Rosters Released: $100 Refund (Applies to both Travel and Indoor).
- After Practice Schedule Released (Travel Only): $75 Refund for the Travel Program.
- After Game Schedule Released: No Refund (Applies to both Travel and Indoor).
