CYSA Travel & Indoor Refund Policy

This policy applies to all Travel and Indoor program registrations. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar.

Fees and Penalties

These non-refundable fees are assessed regardless of withdrawal timing:

• Double Registration Fee: A $25 fee is charged for processing duplicate registrations. Please [Check Here] first to confirm you have not previously registered.

• Late Registration Fee: A $25 late fee is applied to registrations submitted after the deadlines below:

  • Spring Travel: February 1st
  • Fall Travel: July 1st
  • Indoor Session 1: November 1st
  • Indoor Session 2: January 1st

Refund Schedule for Travel & Indoor:

• Before Rosters Released: Full Registration Fee Refund (Applies to both Travel and Indoor).
• After Rosters Released: $100 Refund (Applies to both Travel and Indoor).
• After Practice Schedule Released (Travel Only): $75 Refund for the Travel Program.
• After Game Schedule Released: No Refund (Applies to both Travel and Indoor).
