Indoor Soccer: TeamWorks Account Setup Guide

IMPORTANT: DO NOT PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP TeamWorks Winchester requires each player to have an account. However, your membership fee was already included in the registration fees you paid to CYSA. Please skip any prompts to buy a membership during this process.

Step 1: Set Up a Parent Account

Every player must be tied to a "Head of Household" who is at least 18 years old.

  • Returning Users: Sign in to your existing account. If you forgot your username or password, use the "Forgot Password" links on the sign-in page.
  • New Users: Click “Register Now” and follow the steps to create your Head of Household account.

Step 2: Set Up Your Household (Add Players)

Once your Parent Account is active, you must add your child(ren) to your household profile.

  1. Log in and click the My Household icon.
  2. Click “Add Household Member.”
  3. Enter the player's information (Name, Date of Birth, Gender).
  4. Verify that the auto-filled parent contact data is correct and click continue.
  5. Check for Matches: If your child was in the system last year, their name may pop up as a "Potential Match." Select them if they appear; otherwise, click to create a new contact.

Final Reminder

DO NOT PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP. If the system prompts you for payment for a membership at any point during account setup, please ignore it or skip that step.
